These two elaborate productions are exceptionally entertaining, kind of in the I'll be darned variety. The first is filled with facts about one of filmdom's most endearing personalities, Walt Disney, the second is an anecdotal treasure with vignettes about stars such as Lucille Ball, Boris Karloff and Charlie Chaplin.
There are surprising elements in both productions, but it was the Disney tape that provided the most insights, such as the number of failures the company had after the Disney name was firmly established, Walt's conflicts with his brother Roy and what led to Walt's idea for Disneyland.
